RETURN POLICY

Returns can be mailed at the customer's expense for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, or returned in person at a show or market at any time within a calendar year of original purchase. Customer must provide proof of purchase. Items that cannot be returned include food items and opened, damaged or used items.

FULFILLMENT POLICY

All orders will be packed within 2-3 business days, and mailed via USPS. 
Current rates are as follows:
All items ship for a flat charge of $10 Pickup Option $0
All food items purchased on the website will be packed fresh and brought to the Cottage Lawn Farmer's Market in Oneida, NY the following Tuesday for pickup.
